- Travel to Cuba remains restricted for U.S. citizens and travelers on flights from the U.S.
- Travel via U.S. carriers is only permitted for certain authorized travel purposes
- Each passenger must complete and sign an Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) form certifying the passenger is traveling for an authorized travel purpose prior to boarding the flight to Cuba. The form will be available to all passengers at the departing gate
- Travelers unwilling or unable to sign an OFAC certification form will not be permitted to travel
- Travel to Cuba for tourism purposes is not currently permitted
- Travel to Cuba by non-citizens requires a visa. Travelers may contact the Cuba Embassy for information about the specific visa requirements. Tourist cards (visas for most U.S. traveler to Cuba) will be available for purchase from Delta at the departure gate
