If winter weather disrupted your travel plans, use My Trips on delta.com or the Fly Delta app to quickly manage your trip. Explore the following options to decide your next steps: 

• If you’d like to rebook travel scheduled to depart within the Impacted Travel Dates, fare differences and change fees will be waived for trips scheduled to begin on or before 2025年1月15日
• If you no longer wish to fly, you can cancel your flight 

If your trip isn’t departing within the next 72 hours, we kindly request that you avoid calling so we can better assist customers with urgent needs. You can find steps to rebook on the Delayed or Canceled Flights page. Thank you for understanding.

1. When rebooked travel occurs on or before 2025年1月15日, in the same cabin or class of service as originally booked, the fare difference will be waived.

• A fare difference may apply when these conditions are not met for the rebooked itinerary

2. 再予約された旅行が2025年1月15日より後になる場合は、運賃差額をお支払いいただく場合があります。

3. If you cannot or choose not to reschedule travel within these guidelines, you may cancel your reservation and apply any unused value of the ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket for a period of one year from the original ticket issuance. 新しい旅程には、該当する運賃差額をお支払いいただく場合があります。最終の旅程を航空券の有効期限までに終了してください。

航空券発行日が2025年1月07日以前のお客様のみが対象となります。発着地を変更される場合は、運賃に差額が発生する場合があります。当初の航空券と新しくお求めになった航空券の運賃に差額が発生する場合は、ご予約変更の際にお支払いいただきます。
