Flexible Getaway Promotional Code Terms and Conditions

• The minimum requirement of 10 passengers must be met prior to requesting a Flexible Getaways promotional code. This promotional code and offer are only valid for qualifying Flexible Getaways groups. Flexible Getaways terms and conditions apply.
• Purchase a Delta Vacations vacation package consisting of two components: flight and hotel, hotel and car rental, or hotel and ground transportation from any Delta Vacations origin in the U.S. or Canada to any Delta Vacations destination.
• Contact the Delta Vacations (DLV) Customer Engagement Center at 1-800-727-1111 to request the Flexible Getaways code once the 10-passenger minimum has been met. This promo code may be requested up to 40 days prior to departure. The booking designated as the lead booking will receive a letter from DLV that will include a unique promotional code and the terms and conditions for this offer. The promotional code received in the attached letter was created using the lead booking number submitted and may be applied to the booking up until final payment is due.
• All packages are subject to availability and pricing at time of booking.
• Discount is intended for recipients of this promotional code. If these terms and conditions are not complied with, including meeting the minimum 10 passenger requirement, the promotional code discount will be removed from the booking and the full amount of the booking will be collected. Violation may result in additional action, including but not limited to reductions in contracted commission rates.
• Travel dates for non-lead travelers must be within 5 days before or after the lead booker’s arrival, fall within the designated travel window, and meet the minimum night stay to qualify for the offer.
• If an alternate promotional code is used, travelers will not qualify for the Flexible Getaways discount.

However, each hotel sets their own policies on the number of rooms available under this program. Individual hotel policies could vary.
• If you have a flexible group with more rooms than these, a Traditional Group contract may be required.
• Select hotels are excluded from this program, the list of excluded hotels is subject to change without notice. If a hotel is not included, you'll be notified in the information section in the booking path or our vacation experts can assist.
• Group inclusions and amenities can change at any time and are at the resort’s discretion. Any complimentary stays or upgrades will be applied to the trip leader’s booking unless otherwise noted by the group leader.
• Any eligible group inclusions must adhere to the conditions set by the hotel, such as minimum/maximum passenger requirements, valid booking/travel dates, any applicable blackout dates, etc., and are subject to the hotel’s discretion.
• To the extent applicable, it is the travel advisor’s responsibility to request resort complimentary credits at least 30 days prior to travel. Not all hotels offer complimentary room credits. All resort complimentary credits are processed approximately three days prior to travel and are refunded to the designated reservation via the original form of payment. Hotel complimentary credits are typically based on the most common hotel room category booked and the most common length of stay booked. Hotel’s complimentary credit value is at the hotel’s discretion. Only rooms booked through Delta Vacations will count toward the complimentary credit eligibility. • Complimentary credits are not commissionable. If desired, an agency service fee may be added after complimentary credits have been processed.
