Each path offers a streamlined pilot career path, supporting your progression and a Qualified Job Offer with Delta Air Lines, and Delta’s wholly owned subsidiary, Endeavor Air.

Delta is offering a pilot career path for college students at all U.S.-based universities with flight education programs accredited by the Aviation Accreditation Board International (AABI). デルタ航空は、次世代の学生たちに質の高い飛行訓練を提供し、機会を確保することの重要性を理解しています。Collegiate participants selected to Propel will receive a Conditional Job (CJO) to Endeavor Air, Delta’s wholly owned subsidiary, with a guaranteed career path to Delta Air Lines.

  • Student or Graduate of a U.S.-based 4-year AABI accredited flight education program
  • Actively flight instructing as a certified flight instructor and within 12 months of meeting R-ATP/ATP requirements
  • FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • Must hold a current passport or other travel documents enabling the bearer to freely exit and re-enter the U.S. (multiple re-entry status)
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

Our CFI career path applies to CFI’s at Propel affiliate flight schools:  ATP, Academy of Aviation, Luke Weathers Flight Academy, and Superior Flight School.

Delta's Flight Training Affiliates:

  • Must have completed flight training at a Propel affiliate flight school (Instrument & above ratings)
  • Actively flight instructing
  • FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • Must hold a current passport or other travel documents enabling the bearer to freely exit and re-enter the U.S. (multiple re-entry status)
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
  • (for current Delta employees) – Completion of 2 years (24 total months) as an active Delta Air Lines employee and been on an active status within the past six months.  Must be in good standing.

Propel Scholarship Pilot Path

The Propel Scholarship Path is a destination for a select number of Propel referrals from Delta affiliate organizations with a focus on candidates from diverse backgrounds. これらの志願者はプロペル奨学金の対象となります。

Student pilots will complete Private, Instrument, Commercial and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certifications at a Delta authorized flight school. Successful students will be offered employment with the flight school as a CFI and continue to build flight hours until eligible to transition to Endeavor Air and seamlessly progressing to Delta.

To be eligible for the Propel Scholarship Path, someone must be nominated from one of Delta’s affiliate organizations. その他、以下のような要件があります。

Delta currently affiliates with the following aviation academies:

社員向けパイロットキャリアパスの志願者は全員、デルタ航空の現行のパイロット採用要件を満たし、採用試験に合格する必要があります。社員向けパイロットキャリアパスの選考対象となるには、適正な契約状態にある社員であり、以下の要件を満たしている必要があります。

  • デルタ航空の現役社員として2年（合計24か月）経過しており、過去6か月間現役社員であったこと。勤務状態が良好であること
  • 米国連邦航空局（FAA）の自家用操縦士資格・固定翼（Private Pilot Certificate, Fixed Wing）を有していることが望ましいが、事業用操縦士資格・単発エンジン・固定翼（Commercial Pilot Certificate, Single Engine-Fixed Wing）より高度な資格を所持していないこと
    • If attending a Company Pathway affiliate school, the maximum qualification you may have is a Commercial Single Engine Certificate
    • If not already attending a affiliate school, the maximum qualification you may have is a Private Pilot Certificate
  • 固定翼機での総飛行時間が100時間（推奨）に達していること
  • 4年制大学の学位を取得していること（推奨）
  • 面接日までにFCCが発行する無線通信士証明書を取得すること
  • 現在の健康状態がわかるFAA航空身体検査証明書（ファーストクラス）
  • 重罪を犯していないこと
  • 過去10年以内に飲酒・薬物運転をしていないこと
  • 本プログラム以外でデルタ航空のパイロット職の採用面接を受けたことがないこと

プロペル・プログラムのお申し込み手続きには2つのステップがあります。

  1. すべての資格条件を満たしていることを示すタレントプロフィールを提出します。
  2. 申込書に必要事項をご記入の上、提出してください。

プロペル社員向けキャリアパスの応募者は、上司や同僚からの推薦状も提出する必要があります。提出された申込書は審査にかけられます。一旦提出すると申込書の内容を変更することはできません。提出前に記載内容をよく確認されることを強くお勧めします。

Propel also provides pathways for Delta employees to pursue a career as an Aircraft Maintenance Technical (AMT), Ground Maintenance Mechanic and Flight Superintendent/Dispatcher. Those application processes are handled internally.
