If you are traveling in a Delta Basic experience, you may cancel before departure for a cancellation charge which is deducted from the value of your ticket and the remaining value will be issued as an eCredit to use toward a future Delta ticket. You may also change your Basic experience ticket before departure, and a change fee will be applied in addition to the difference in price.

再予約されたフライトではご都合が悪い場合、
- Fly Delta アプリまたは「旅程」で代替のフライトを検索するか、
- 再予約されたフライトをキャンセルし、航空券の未使用分および支払い済みの座席アップグレード、またはプリファードシート（および受託手荷物手数料）の代金の払い戻し、あるいは発行日から5年間有効なeクレジットの提供を受けることができます。
お客様が24時間以内に上記の対応をされなかった場合、自動的にご購入時のお支払い方法で払い戻しを行います。
*2024年10月28日以前に発行された航空券で、2024年10月28日以降に出発する旅行の場合、当初予定されていた出発時刻または到着時刻が大幅なスケジュール変更や120分以上の大幅な遅延の影響を受けた場合、航空券をキャンセルし、払い戻しを受けることができます。
